The hotel looks really nice and is super clean. The staff was just a joy to talk to - really friendly and polite, patiently answering all of our questions. Thank you. The room was nicely decorated and was very spacious. The complimentary water, Java tea and Lavazza coffee was a really nice touch as well as the Ritual products and shower cap in the bathroom. All this shows the hotel provides the top quality. The bedding was top notch and clean too. The breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of different options to choose from. Haven’t had such tasty and perfectly cooked hash browns in years! The bread was freshly baked and everything was well cooked, cannot fault anything! The location is perfect - close to various restaurants and bars and walking distance to Board Gais Theatre or the stadium. Loved the option of on-site parking! Very easy to get into and safe. It put my mind at ease.

Great location, comfortable beds, and bedding. Very helpful and friendly staff. Except! One restaurant manager at restaurant entry who was not very nice. One complaint is there are no fridges and/ or microwave for guest use. And when I asked front desk as well as coffee shop staff if there was somewhere I could warm up some food, they both said of course we do. Then this grumpy manager intervened and said NO. It was against food safety rules. Yet there is no fridge! So there's the safety issue.. Other than that! Everything was amazing. Had a problem with the rooms coffee machine and they quickly replaced it. Diego at check-in was very pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast was better than I've had in a long time. Best Hotel breakfast yet! Loved the smoothies, pastries and egg selection. Will be back if returning to Dublin for sure!

Arrived on the night of Storm Eowyn so was very afraid of the road closures and weather conditions. Checked into the hotel smoothly at the reception and was greeted with a warm bedroom perfect after a 20-hour journey. The room we had was spacious and perfectly cozy. There was hot water in the shower and enough amenities for the entire stay. Had ample room to walk about and unpack my suitcase. The location was tucked away on the southeast side of town but very easily accessible by bus (10mins walk) or just have a gander and walk to the busy main street roughly 25mins away. We opted for the walking as we did not have a 'card' to travel on the buses. There is a Eurospar near the hotel for any short trips to the convenience store if necessary.

The hotel staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel is a little out off center but very close to the Grand Canal Dock DART station which is 2 stops from the city centre. It is also very close to the Aircoach 702 bus stop direct from the airport. Very convenient. We had a large room (triple) in a quiet area (as requested). The bedding is good and there are plenty of USB sockets for recharging the various devices. There's an adjacent bar/restaurant that offers reasonably priced meals. Breakfast is an international buffet with everything you need. A little pricey but not much more expensive than what we've seen in the city.

Not sure if it was just me but finding a hotel for a reasonable price in Dublin was a struggle - and then I had found this hotel! It felt like it was a little out of the "Dublin core" but once we got there, it wasn't far from the downtown area. A lot of bus stops / metro stations around the hotel to hop on, and we even walked to Trinity College which was about a 20min walk. At night time, we got hungry and ordered a burger + mashed potatoes from the restaurant downstairs. We ordered with very little expectation and it ended up being one of the burgers we had in awhile. Highly recommended :)
